Access to Registers of Economic Subjects / Entities is an information system allowing a retrieval of information on economic entities registered in the Czech Republic. This system intermediates a display of data from particular registers of the state administration (called source registers) in which the data concerned is kept.

It is possible that the Economic Entity might not be displayed if the Reg.No. is missing.

It is not possible to make a registration in the Information System ARES directly. It is necessary to proceed in accordance with applicable laws and to make a registration at the registration points of the public administration authorities. Likewise, data changes or termination of the registration must be reported to the institution that maintains the source registry.
