The Commercial Register is maintained by the regional court of justice for those of the entrepreneurs whose registered office is situated within the court's jurisdiction. If the entrepreneur does not have the registered office, the relevant court is determined by the place of business; if the place of business does not exist, the relevant court is determined by entrepreneur's residence address.
The Commercial Register for a foreign person (Article 21(2) of the Commercial Code) is maintained by the court of justice in whose jurisdiction the foreign person's business or its organisational component is located (Article 21(3) of Commercial Code).
Any suggestions or requests concerning the content of records in the Commercial Register should always be addressed to the relevant court of justice.
Note: The requests for amendments received by e-mail will be verified by the court and the mistakes in the database will then be amended. The requests will not be answered in writing by the court nor will they initiate court proceedings (Article 32 of Commercial Code).
