Registration courts and Notaries

The Public (Commercial) Registers are administered by the regional justice courts according to law 304/2013 Sb., 75 (about legal entities and natural persons) and the court maintains entities whose place of business belongs to its district.

The Civil Society Register for the foreign Civil Society ( 27 Sec. 1 of the public registers law of the legal entities and the natural persons) is maintained by the court in which district the Civil Society is placed. The Commercial Register for the foreign corporate entity ( 49 Sec. 2 of the public registers law of the legal entities and the natural persons) is maintained by the court in which district the branch office is placed.

The proposal for registering a branch office of the Civil Society is filed to the registration court in which district the headquarter of the Civil Society is placed ( 75 Sec. 2 of the public registers law of the legal entities and the natural persons).

Any remarks or requests concerning the content of records in the Commercial Register should always be addressed to the relevant court of justice.

Note: The requests for amendments received via e-mail will be verified by the court and the mistakes in the database will then be amended if appropriate. The court will process those requests according to law.
